The POSEIDO is also an international network of scientific societies constituting the living flesh of the Organization and a large international audience.
The primary function of the POSEIDO is to connect people within the POSEID community, and to organize and spread research programs, debates and consensus. The scientific societies are the key platforms for continuing education and the diffusion of the scientific knowledge. The members of these societies are both sources of data and final users of the projects developed by the POSEIDO. This network of scientific societies is therefore the heart of the POSEIDO, and a global interface between the theory and the practice.
